I asked for an elephant. I not only got one, a giraffe joined the picture. Thank you for the wild souvenir. The weekend was pretty high and low. When things are over, they just pass and become memories.... just within those hours. And so it goes, till the next time.

Re-re-re...re-watching the Sound of Music yesterday was a superb move.

Just what I needed to push me a little higher. Well Bukit Timah Hill is all i can climb first. But at least it's a start. What is there not to be content especially after all I have seen/learnt recently.

Do not mention screws to me. The whole saturday was spent manually screwing a bed, chair and table. It was terrible that the electric screw driver was - screwed up- when it's battery died. All i conclude is that Ikea is generous with screws and i would not buy my dining table for 6 there if it's going to be DIY.

Ok, i give up trying to place captions under each photo. Whenever i post it, it always turns out mismatched. So the commentary will be here.

First photo was of this castle that actually provides a service for people to have their wedding photos taken there. That really got me thinking. However, the probability of it being a gloomy and rainy day ( like the one we visited it on stopped my daydream :P)

Second one is a Scottish local food. Haggis. IT"S....... the innards of sheep. I guess western people may find it stomach churning to eat it. However, for those from the east, i think we have heard worse. Eh... if i do recall, we have dog meat, snake blood, bear bile and insects. Wonder what we can't stomach??

Lastly, my ever so wanted photo. THE RED PHONE BOOTH IN AUTHENTIC LONDON. (story books only describe it... but in reality the sense of smell exists. trust me, it stinks in there )

Selfridges is the coolest shopping mall i have been to. This was one of their cheeky displays in the ladies department.

Just praying hard that i get to come back and see everything that matters.

Make-up, takes lots of time, we learnt that the sun wait for no one. Eventually we got her out and caught a perfect evening shot. This was the chosen shot among the hundred plus shots we took. What u see looks cool BUT behind the scenes is totally different. Think about nature, HOT HUMID AND MOSQUITOS!!!! I also had some assistants to hold this and that for me. Thank u:)

A few days later, we did the shots of spices, which will also appear in the brochure. I have yet to see the total end product. Crossing my fingers. At least i have received some commendations on the photos. PLEASED *grin*

Whilst waiting for my minutes to freedom for the day, i was reading some news. Suddenly this headline caught my attention. First dog named Bo. Apparently, Mr Obama's family has named their new pooch Bo.

Just a night before, i had a discussion about dogs and what to name them. Bobo and dodo were our hottest picks. Were they eavesdropping???

lastly, not only are the kids in Japan so very adorable, the pets there are also equally KAWAII :)

my intended breakfast ended up as brunch. The proximity that we had to wait for our food really wets ur appitite long before u get to eat.

Been to most of the default tourist attractions, bustled with all the people, all there was were people and buildings... people ; buildings..... loved the shopping which was definitely a BONUS. Surprisingly my mind was the most tranquil in the busiest city. Those were the days.

Off to create my own Shinjuku incident.

I finally understand why that area is one of my less travelled destinations. It's in the ulu list unless I drive. Having learnt the route, anyone up for a weekend rendezvous??

He just ranted on and on about this and that. The this and that just meant more ka-ching ka-ching into the retailer's pocket. Within that 2 1/2 hours, many a times i felt as if i was not suppose to be in that class. If i do any further investment into this hobby, i will take a long while to write off my guilt of free-riding. Some things are just meant for some.

Just amazed by how cool things can turn out.

Lesson learnt: Being too shy will not get u a picture of the person, u only get a surrounding shot. I was literally only 1m away from these people to shoot them like that. Yes, my skin is slightly thicker (of course a little courtesy of asking also helps)

Some of these photos really remind me of english oral. "Describe what you see in the picture".
